Discovering Estates offers property management services to holiday homes, serviced apartments, guest houses, B&Bs and hotel owners. For guests, we have a fantastic range of holiday homes, serviced accommodation, corporate lets and short term rentals across the UK.
We are not like the standard “Airbnb management companies”, we offer a much more sophisticated service focused increasing your income while creating a completely hands-off businesses for you our clients. We do more than simply advertise on Airbnb and manage bookings – this is only a tiny part of what we do.
We have been managing holiday homes since 2017, and have expanded greatly in that time. Our team is based in Cardiff and we only operate in Wales.
Although we are a well-oiled machine, our people are far from cogs. Without them we could not provide the excellent service we pride ourselves on. It helps that they share our pride and desire to better serve you and our partners. It shows in everything we do.
Doesn’t matter. We’re too busy thinking outside it. Passion and creativity are what drive us and we do our best work when we are free to provide fantastic accommodation. Although we call Cardiff “home”, we provide Accomodation from here to Timbuktu (not really.. But all of Wales). We also believe that great Serviced Accommodation should be available everywhere.
